How to book?

Once your appointment is booked, you will be emailed a Massage Consent Form. All of the consent forms are digital and must be filled out online prior to your appointment time. The form covers any recent injuries, surgeries, health conditions, areas of experienced pain/tension, medications you are currently taking, and includes a waiver to sign at the end. This information is confidential and will only be seen by your massage therapist to ensure there are no contraindications for your massage treatment.

Massage consent forms should only be completed on your initial treatment or if you want to update your details. Repeat/frequent clients do not need to complete the form for every treatment.

How does the treatment set-up work?

I will arrive around 5-10 minutes before the appointment time to meet you and set up the designated treatment room. We will then conduct the treatment for the alloted time you’ve selected and paid for. Afterwards I will take 5-10 minutes to remove the treatment equipment and clean the treatment room/area.

Example - If your appointment was at 13:00 for a 1 hour treatment:

  • 12:50 - Set-up treatment room

  • 13:00 - Start treatment for 1 hour

  • 14:00 - End treatment

  • 14:10 - Remove treatment equipment and clean treatment room.

What to expect from your massage?

Every massage session is customized to meet your unique goals, needs, and preferences. I recommend dressing in comfortable clothing to your appointment, hydrating before and after your massage, and always communicating with your massage therapist to ensure the best experience. Staying hydrated, resting, and engaging in nourishing activities for the rest of your day is encouraged for optimal massage benefits.

What is your Cancellation/No-show policy?

If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply. This policy helps us manage our appointments and offer available slots to other clients who may need them. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the 24-hour notice is not provided, the fee will be charged to your card on file.

Please bring any relevant ID to verify eligibility.

If you are eligible, please mention this at your appointment to receive your discount.
