Welcome to Mason Mobile Therapy. Please read the following terms carefully before booking an appointment.

Appointments and Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of your appointment via card, bank transfer, or cash.

  • Online pre-payments are accepted through our secure booking system.

  • Discounts (First-Time Client, NHS, Military, Cornish Sports Teams, Refer a friend, and Loyalty) are only applied in person at the time of card or transfer payment.

  • Online pre-payments are charged at full price; discounts cannot be retrospectively applied.

Discount Policy

  • 50% off for first-time clients.

  • 15% off for NHS staff, military personnel, and Cornish sports teams.

  • £10 off if a client refers a new client.

  • 50% off if five loyalty card points are collected.

  • Valid identification is required to verify eligibility for discounts.

  • Only one discount can be applied per appointment.

  • Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined.

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

  • Cancellations must be made via phone, text, or email.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Mason’s Mobile Therapy will arrive a few minutes early to allow for consultation and setup.

  • If you are not available at your appointment, your session time may be reduced to avoid affecting other clients.

  • Full payment is still required for the original booking duration.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may incur a late cancellation fee.

Privacy Policy

  • Mason Mobile Therapy is committed to protecting your privacy.

  • Any personal information provided (including medical history and contact details) is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing therapy services.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless legally required.

  • You have the right to access, amend, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Medical Disclaimer

  • Massage therapy is intended to support wellness and recovery but is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

  • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult your GP or specialist before booking a session.

  • You must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to your treatment.

Sickness Policy

  • If you are feeling unwell, including flu, cold, Covid-19 symptoms, or any contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

  • This helps maintain a safe and healthy environment for all clients and staff.
